Diversity Health Check

The Institute offers a 'light touch' (one day) or comprehensive (two day) Diversity Health Check for organisations.

The 'light touch' health check comprises:

• Desktop review of key diversity policies and strategies
• On-site review involving interviews with key personnel in the organisation (half day)
• Feedback via a short report to the organisation
• COSTS : £1000 plus expenses

The 'comprehensive' health check comprises:

• Desk top review of key diversity policies and strategies
• On-site review involving interviews with key personnel and partners/service users (two days)
• Feedback via detailed report
• COSTS : £2000 plus expenses
